I recently spent time in Philadelphia and had some of the most memorable food I’ve eaten in a long time. What left the most lasting impression was the pizza. Since returning from my East Coast tour, pizza has been at the top of my mind.

This is a recipe I’ve loved making for over a year: a four-cheese pizza with honey-blistered tomatoes. It’s anchored by a crisp bottom, layered with a rich, cheesy top, and finished with just a touch of heat. Comforting, balanced, and meant to be shared - this is my idea of a really good pizza night at home.
