Harissa Meatballs

When I travel, I’m always most excited about the traditional dishes I’ll get to eat on the trip. I’m headed to Morocco in just a few days and for the past few weeks, I’ve been hyper-fixated on recipes revolving around Harissa - a Moroccan chili paste. I love this recipe because it’s incredibly flavorful, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner, or as a side at your next event.
