I’ve been planning Christmas Dinner all week. Today’s recipe is a main dish with major main character energy. This rum and molasses short ribs recipe is a combination of my favorite seasonal flavors in one dish. The meat is fall off the bone tender and sitting in a dark, spicy, rich, molasses sauce that I think is the best I’ve made all year.
