I always know a recipe is a hit when I have friends and family begging me for more. I made these rolls for the first time last week and have ended up bringing them to four more family gatherings since then. Dinner rolls are a classic crowd pleaser, so it’s no surprise that the addition of one of my favorite ingredients (the sweet potato) is a heavy hitter. Everyone goes back for 2nds, 3rds, and 4ths of these so, no matter how many I make, I can't seem to keep the plate from ending up empty. It’s safe to say that these are addictive.
